Seasonal Campsite Assistant

Seasonal role, 15th April 2025 - 15th September 2025

Job Description

As a Campsite Assistant you will be a key member of the team helping to run the site. This will include making great coffee, manning the shop, cleaning the facilities and helping customers have a memorable stay. You will be working as part of a team and supporting the Manger and Supervisors in all aspects of running the site.

Key Responsibilities

Checking in guests and ensuring they have a great stay
Manning the shop and making hot drinks
Working in the Gin and Fizz Bar (18+ only)
Cleaning the facilities to a high standard
Helping with bell tent changeovers
Light maintenance around the site
Delivering childrens’ Arts and Crafts activities

Available to work from Mid-April to Mid-September (exact dates can be flexible). Weekends only outside the school holidays then up to 7 days a week.
The sites are in rural locations so you will need to be able to get to and from work
Able to work a 4-8 hr shift between 0730 and 2100.
Candidates must be at least 16 YEARS OLD

No previous hospitality experience required, just a willingness to work hard and learn. We are proud to be able to offer young people their first job and can fit your shifts in around school, university or other responsibilities.

Employment Package

Pay rates from £8.75 to £11.50 per hour depending on age and experience
