Useful Information

To help make your holiday at Fallow Fields extra special, we’ve come up with some top tips for you. We’ve also added some useful information below. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team.

Check In and Check Out

The check in time for our Selson Farm campsite is between 2pm - 8pm. If you are going to arrive later than this, please contact us in advance. Please be aware that we cannot accept arrivals after 9pm. Check out is at 11am.

Parking

We are a car-free site. You can drive next to your pitch for unloading on arrival and packing up when leaving, weather permitting. Otherwise, your car must be parked in our onsite car park. Each pitch booking includes one car parking space and additional spaces can be booked for a £5 fee (but availability is limited).

Group Bookings

As we’re a family-friendly campsite, we are unfortunately unable to accept group bookings of more than 5 pitches / bell tents.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome to stay with you at our Selson Farm campsite free of charge. (Please note, dogs are not allowed with furnished tent bookings.) All we ask is you keep them on a lead and clean up after them.

Barbecues and Campfires

You’re welcome to enjoy barbecues and campfires at Selson Farm. These must be raised off the ground in a fire pit, which is available to hire if you don’t have one. If you’re booking a furnished bell tent, a fire pit will be included. Due to planning conditions, you are only permitted to burn wood logs that have been purchased from Fallow Fields online or from the camp shop.

Onsite Facilities and Activities

We have a well-stocked onsite camp shop, with locally sourced food and camping essentials available. Campers at Selson Farm can also make the most of the modern facilities in our toilet and shower blocks, which are regularly cleaned and stocked.

In addition to this, we have plenty of exciting things to do available, including activities, food nights and a pop-up cinema. You can find out more about things to do at Selson Farm here.

Wi-Fi

We don’t have Wi-Fi available at our Selson Farm campsite. We believe our campers get the most from their stay when they can switch off and enjoy getting back to nature.

Complaints and Refunds

We are dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. If something isn’t right with your stay, please contact a member of staff as soon as possible. They will be available onsite between 6.30am to 9pm and can be found in the shop between 8am to 8pm. You can also contact us before or after your stay.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in the events of no shows, early departures or cancellations. We may be able to amend your booking for a £15 administration fee subject to availability. You can find out more in our Terms and Conditions.

Lost Property

If you lose anything while staying at the Selson Farm campsite, you can contact a member of staff in the shop or call 0800 035 0002. If it’s out of hours, you can leave a message and we will get back to you.

Emergency Support

Please speak to a member of staff onsite or in the shop if you experience an emergency during your stay. You can also call us on 0800 035 0002 and leave a message if it is out of hours. All messages are checked promptly to enable us to respond as quickly as possible to your emergencies.
