We want you to look forward to your stay at our beautiful Selson Farm and Lathe Barn campsites. To help you prepare for your holiday with us, we’ve compiled all the pre-arrival and check in information you need below.
You can also find out more about how we’re following COVID guidelines here to keep all our guests safe.
You can check availability at our Selson Farm and Lathe Barn campsites and make your booking here.
A week before your arrival, we will send you a welcome email. This will include a reminder of your booking details, along with information about your equipment and any food or activities you have booked. Here you’ll also find links to all your online bookings, so you can easily review and amend if needed.
We’ll also send you a friendly reminder three days before you’re due to arrive at Fallow Fields. If you have any questions before your stay, you can contact us.
We can accommodate arrivals between 2pm and 8pm for both our Selson Farm and Lathe Barn campsites. Bell tents are available from 3pm due to cleaning requirements. It is not possible to check in for your bell tent booking prior to 3pm. If you are delayed due to traffic we can welcome you up to 9pm. We unfortunately cannot accommodate arrivals outside of these times.
Once you arrive, please park up outside the check-in/shop area and make yourself known to one of our friendly members of staff. They will advise you on where your allocated pitch is, as well as providing you with a map and all your safety information.
Check-in points are clearly marked. Please queue as directed. The shop queue is separate, so please do not block the entrances and do follow any COVID guidelines. Do note that Friday evenings can be busy for check-in. Please bear with us if there is a queue. We will work through it as quickly as possible.
After check in, you are welcome to drive up to your pitch or bell tent to unload your equipment. Cars must be moved promptly to the car park after unloading. One car per pitch is included in your booking. Your vehicle should not be on the camping field again until you are packing up. Unfortunately, if weather conditions are bad, you may not be able to drive to your pitch. In this case, wheelbarrows and staff will be available to assist you with unpacking/packing your car.
We recommended reviewing your pitch or bell tent within the first one hour of arrival. Please advise us as soon as possible if you find any issues, so we can quickly address these for you and ensure you have a great experience with us.
Check in is open in our shop between 2pm and 8pm, staff are available on site later so if you arrive after 8pm due to traffic please do not drive onto the camping field, park up as directed and make yourself known to a member of staff who will help direct you to your pitch. Our lines are available between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday. We will be able to accommodate you as best we can.
Please note, the gate to our campsite closes at 10pm.
On the last day of your booking, you will need to check out before 11am.
We kindly ask you to leave your pitch or bell tent as you would wish to find it. Please take any rubbish and all personal belongings with you when you leave.
